Payment Conditions for Porto Santo Nomad Festival
Thank you for registering for the Porto Santo Nomad Festival. Please carefully read the following payment conditions:
1 - The registration fee for Porto Santo Nomad Festival is between 480 and 897 euros . Payment must be made in full upon registration to secure your place at the festival.
2 - We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon completion of the registration form.
3 - If you are unable to attend the festival, you may request a refund up to 30 days before the start of the event. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving your request. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the festival. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. To transfer your registration, please contact us at Portosantonomadfest@nomadx.com.
Changes to the Festival
4 - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the festival in case of unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of attendees is not met. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee or offer an alternative date for the festival.
